Over the course of 8 weeks, you'll dive deep into weight loss resistance, discover your body's unique needs, and learn targeted strategies to support healthy weight management during perimenopause. Includes comprehensive labs and personalized recommendations. Throughout the course you will gain valuable insight and education that will empower you on your weight loss journey. Our group sessions will support you in setting achievable goals and assessing lifestyle factors, all aimed at optimizing your health. You will receive a personalized meal plan, complete with recipes, along with ongoing health coaching from a Board-Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. Additionally, you will receive a personalized simple supplement protocol designed specifically for you. Supplements are not included in the cost of this program, but a 25% discount is applied.
